CleanMyFeed provides AI-powered feed curation functionality for social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Our desktop application uses local LLMs to analyze your screen and automatically filter content based on your preferences, "Not Interested" clicks, and search terms — all while keeping your data on your device.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use CleanMyFeed responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary software
• Use the Service to violate the terms of service of YouTube, Instagram, X, or any other third-party platforms
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Service without authorization

4. Screen Reading & Local Processing

CleanMyFeed uses screen reading technology to analyze your social media feeds. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this functionality. All screen analysis is performed locally on your device using local AI models. We do not access, collect, or store the content displayed on your screen.

5. Third-Party Platforms

CleanMyFeed interacts with third-party social media platforms. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, X, or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of our Service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Compatibility with all versions of supported social media platforms
• That the Service will meet all your requirements
• That all locally stored data will be permanently preserved

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CleanMyFeed, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. AI-Generated Classifications

You understand that AI-powered content classification may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You use AI-generated classifications at your own discretion and should manually review content when important. We are not responsible for content that is incorrectly filtered or not filtered.

11. Intellectual Property

CleanMyFeed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CleanMyFeed and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your preferences and configurations within the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
